I am a Fashion Designer at heart. I just graduated from Central Michigan University, #2020. I focused on a Major in Fashion Design with a Minor in Psychology. My reasoning for my minor is that it will help me understand the customer and their habits more.
I have been interested in fashion ever since I was a child when I was playing dress up in my great-grandmother's dresses. As I grew older, my style and tastes definitely changed, but I found my place in the creative world. As an adult, I choose to relive those childhood days that I dressed up as a Fashion Designer. For me, fashion is both captivating & infuriating. One could say that it itself compels me to continue. In my sparingly spare time, I do create in other artistic outlets. I have done nearly every medium possible. From sketching, painting, sculpting to digital editing, digital drawing, embroidery & knitting; in each medium, I've created with a variety of supplies. |

I mostly design for myself in mind. But I have included current styles and colors as accents. A lot of my designs are gothic in nature, very natural on the body and open minded to the possibilities. I've also constructed a few of my own designs into actual garments and I plan to do so more often once I finish school. I focus on plus size designs, as I am, but also because I notice a lack of market and variety in the market.

I've taken two years of graphic design courses through out my high school and college. My experience comes from designing programs for my high school, college RSO's and classes. The programs were talent shows, graduation and our honor program. I designed for Central's chapter of APO Alpha Phi Omega and Centrals chapter of AATCC, American Association of Textile Colorists and Chemists.
